Meet the Founders

Allison DeCesere has had a passion for weddings and party planning since a young age. She always wanted to work in the wedding industry without having the week-end schedule that goes along with being a wedding planner. While researching bridal vendors for a friend she discovered the difficulty and realized a need in the industry. She could get lists of wedding vendors but so much time went into trying to figure out if they were what she was looking for. She thought, wouldn’t it be great if you could go to one website and figure out more about the vendors before you go to their website or call them up. She wanted to help brides with research. After discussing her idea with Tia Lori Bergeron, they discovered a synergy. After many years of sales and marketing experience, Tia was ready to start her own business. She was intrigued with the new marketing opportunity that this web solution would provide for bridal vendors. It could be affordable to all. She developed the business model to include positions for independent consultants. After many months of collaboration, My Bridal Dream, LLC was formed. We look forward to working with so many wonderful people.

Allison DeCesere is extremely pleased this business will allow her to work in her true passion. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she has operated her own small business/personal bookkeeping service. Her dream of helping brides form their perfect dream team has become a reality.

Tia Lori Bergeron is passionate about the opportunities that MyBridalDream.com presents to small businesses. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, patriotism, and a dream big attitude, she is psyched to move this company forward. Her past leadership experiences as an Associate Director in Sports Administration, Executive Marketing positions, and a Veteran of the Military Police in Desert Storm have paved the way for her current status as a Founder of this company.
